Donald A. Brady, Jr. | Attorney
Donald A. Brady, Jr. graduated from Phillips University with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion in 1985. He then went to Seminary, where he received a Masters in Divinity in 1988. Mr. Brady went on to attend law school at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, where he received his J.D. in 1996. Mr. Brady was licensed in Arkansas in 1997 in the Eastern and Western District of Arkansas in 1998. Mr. Brady is the only Arkansas attorney nationally certified in the areas of consumer and business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification. Mr. Brady served as the first president of the Northwest Arkansas Debtor-Creditor Bar Association.
Desarie Alvis | Paralegal
Desarie Alvis graduated from Northwest Technical Institute in 2008 with an Administrative Assistant Certification. She then obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies at Northwest Arkansas Community College. Desarie has been in the legal field since 2008. She takes pride in your work and enjoys assisting the clients of Brady Law Firm with their needs.
